DATES TO REMEMBER

April 1:  Early Registration Opens

June 5-8:  Lehi High School Camp (all grades)

June 1: Deadline for Early Registration

June 17:  Early Equipment Handout

June 24:  Roundup Parade

July 5:  Regular Registration Closes

July 15:  Late Equipment handout 9-11

July 18:  Registration Ends

July 25-27:  Tryouts (5th - 8th grades)

July 31:  Practices Start

August 12:  LFY Jamboree (Lehi High School field)

August 19:  Regular Season Games Begin

October 19-23:  Fall Break - No Games

November 4:  First Equipment Return 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

November 18:  Last Equipment Return 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Last Season Handout:  July 15 @ 9-11 a.m.

WHEN PICKING UP EQUIPMENT PLEASE HAVE AN EQUIPMENT FORM COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO PICK UP YOUR GEAR.

IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP GEAR AT A TIME OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED ABOVE IT IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND REQUIRES A  $25.00 fee.  You can pay the fee HERE, be sure to bring your receipt to the equipment handout appointment.

 


REFUND POLICY

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Lehi Youth Football not Sports Signup.

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If the LYF District is unable to field a team in a particular division (i.e. 3rd grade), a full refund will be given to everyone signed up for that division.
  • If the LYF District is unable to meet minimum requirements for fielding two or more teams, i.e. not enough coaches, not enough players a full refund will be given to everyone that was not placed on a team. (team placement is determined by registration date)
  • If a player drops prior to the late registration deadline a full refund less a $10 processing fee will be given. Late fees are non-refundable.
  • If a player drops after the late registration deadline but before August 3rd, a refund of half will be given. If a player drops on/after August 3rd, no refund will be given.
  • Late fees and a $10 processing fee are not refundable.

 In all circumstances, any equipment issued to a player must be returned before any refund will be processed.
